Dadi Lapidoth
 
Dadi Lapidoth, has more than 37 years of experience in Technical Management and Leadership. More than 17 years with the Israeli Air Force, Mr. Lapidoth has managed complex technical programs including Avionics RF System Engineering, Real-Time Software, Integration and Testing, Logistics, Service and Support, and program management. As a Colonel in the IAF, Mr. Lapidoth commanded the Electronic and Avionics Depot, receiving the Quality Award for Industry from the Israeli Government. After retiring from the IAF, Mr. Lapidoth became the General Manager of a High Tech company that developed, manufactured and marketed its equipment worldwide. Later, he became the COO of AlphaCard Ltd. For the last 8 years Mr. Lapidoth has served as the President and CEO of Opgal, an Israeli company located in Karmiel that specializes in thermal and optical imaging systems. In the recent years Mr. Lapidoth is managing huge turn key projects of companies rehabilitation & build as well as business development projects for different industrial customers, under his own company BTL Depot Ltd.
Mr. Lapidoth has a BSc degree in electrical engineering from Haifa Technion and an MBA degree from the Beersheva University. Mr. Lapidoth lectures the Advanced Management Approaches course and Product Management to undergraduate business students. Dadi is married to Ilana and has a son and a daughter.








Kobi Ironi

 
Kobi Ironi, has more than 30 years of experience in different Economics and Management leading positions in different organizations. Starting as a Director in the budget and control department of Rafael and later as the CFO of the Electronics division. In these two key positions Kobi gained a lot of experience in budget planning, control, pricing of products and projects. In the year 2000 Kobi has established a new division responsible for all Subsidiary Companies of Rafael and managed it for the next 6 years. During this period of time, he led some of the famous mergers and acquisitions of new companies in different foreign countries and led this well known subsidiaries growth acting as their Director and a member of their BOD. Since year 2007 Kobi has become the CFO of  Opgal Optronics Ltd. and later it's COO. Kobi has a lot of experience working with privet and public, governmental and international funds.

Mr. Ironi has a BSc degree in management and economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and he is graduated the management program for emerging companies by  TIM ( Technion Institute of Management ) . Mr. Ironi is married to Nurit and has two sons.







Ophir Gal

Ophir Gal is a Training & Development professional, with broad experience in developing professional and management training programs supporting the organizational goals.
Ophir have broad working experience in both large and small scale companies.
Ophir has led for seven years the Management Program for Emerging Companies at TIM (Technion Institute of Management). Before joining TIM, Ophir was in charge of technological training (computers and communications) at Telrad Networks.
Prior to his position at Telrad, he was the assistant to the manager of executive development at IBM Israel. In this capacity, he was responsible for courses and workshops that covered such topics as teamwork, customer service, sales, motivation, time management and Basic Management Training (BMT).
Ophir also served for seven years as an officer in the I.D.F. Recently Ophir is promoting the “Income Outcome” set of business simulations by Yissum, also facilitating short, effective and practical workshops on issues like: Leadership, Management, Customer Service, Teamwork etc.
Ophir has a BA in human resources development and business management from Ben-Gurion University.


 
 
 
 
 Hadas Reis
  
Hadas Reis has over 17 years of experience in various management aspects of industrial and communication businesses. Hadas started her career making her way from the
bottom in a textile factory with 100 employees, in which she worked as Production Planning Manager, Sales Person, Marketing Manager and finally Assistant to the CEO. In This position she implemented ISO and ERP systems, prepared exhibitions around the world and produced marketing material.
Later, Hadas worked for several years in Partner Communications Ltd., where she managed a team of project-managers and was in charge of leading very large projects for the company.
In her final position, Hadas worked as a General Manager in an industrial textile company. In this job she was responsible for the relocation of the factory and its establishment from the ground up with the most effective management structures. She held general responsibility for managing the financial, strategic, marketing and production aspects of the company, the implementation of working procedures and incentive wage system - all according to business plans which she prepared.
Hadas was awarded a B.A in Logistics and Economy from Bar Ilan University and an MSc in International Textile Marketing from Philadelphia University, Shenkar College and Reutlingen Fachschule in Germany.Hadas also has a certificate in group facilitating and a certificate in personal and business life-coaching. Over the past two years Hadas has been leading groups of teenagers, soldiers and adults on various topics.

Lewis Trigger

Lewis Trigger is a recognized international expert in the advanced management doctrine, Theory Of Constraints ( TOC). He is an Industrial engineer with over 20 years of experience in applying TOC within military  and commercial technology, as well as logistics systems in industrial and govermental organizations in Israel and worldwide .  After completing his graduate studies Lewis went on to serve 16 years as an officer in the Israeli Air Force and latter in the hi –tech market. His professional history has provided him with a wealth of knowledge and experience in Operation's and Project Management in general, and in the defence market of maintenance and Project Management in particular. Today he provides Industrial Engineering Consultancy and Workshops to both the defense, commercial and government markets. For the last 10 years he has been awarded the contract to coach all the formal Project Management workshops for the Israeli Air Force and Land Forces. In addition he teaches Management courses in a number of Israeli colleges including the prestigious M.B.A program at the University of Tel Aviv. Lewis holds a number of qualifications including a Master of Business Administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the prestigious United States Air Force Institute of Technology. He has been personally coached on TOC by the theory's founder Dr. Eli Goldratt.



    




Jonathan Zohn

Jonathan Zohn has 15 years of experience in Intellectual Property management. His expertise is cost effective planning of IP portfolio, IP strategy, conflict management and the use of IP to support the organization's targets. He has been IP manager of the Elbit Systems group of companies for the past 12 years. His capabilities are based on 35 years of engineering and project management in Israel and the United States.
Jonathan has a BSc degree & diploma (cum laude) in mechanical engineering from Haifa Technion and an MBA degree from the Tel Aviv University
He is married to Bernice and has four daughters and a son.






  

Yoav Kotzer


Yoav is an experienced Operation manager and a HR & Recruiting professional expert.  Yoav holds a proven turnaround managerial capabilities, with comprehensive understanding of organizational processes, tools and systems. For almost 20 years in the industry, Yoav has been leading Production & Manufacturing, Supply-chain management, Logistics, Project management, IT and more. As well as this, Yoav is a Lean Management expert with background of implementing Lean mindset & methodologies in many organizations.Yoav managed the largest ever recruitment project in Israel industry as part of building Intel's Fab18 operation, with 1500 hires in two years. Recently, he is serving as the Managing Director of the Israeli branch of a global recruitment firm implementing the most advanced recruitment methods and modern processes. For 7 years Yoav has been with HP Indigo leading IT Business Applications team, Managing global logistics an Supply Chain strategies. Prior to this, he was a senior project manager with Aviv-Nihul and a Lean & Kaizen leader. Earlier, Yoav was a production manager with two start-up companies in the area of semiconductors, after long period with Intel as a production manager, Production Engineering and recruitment project manager. Yoav was the chairman of a project team which designed the education model for a new community town in Modiin region. He has also lead the establishment of the town leadership as well as leading the first election campaign for town council. Yoav was the leader of establishing a technical education project for non-technical high-school graduates which led to enabling them getting high-tech employment.
